Step 1: Discovery Call

We start with a 45-minute conversation about your business, how it operates, and what's not working. This isn't a sales pitch. It's a diagnostic conversation to figure out if we're a fit and what needs attention.

What we cover:

  • How customers find you and what happens when they try to buy

  • Where information about your business exists and whether it matches

  • What tools you're using and how they connect (or don't)

  • What's frustrating you most about your current setup

Outcome: You'll know whether this is the right work for your business, and I'll know whether I can help.

Step 2: Understanding What's Needed

Based on our discovery call, we determine what work makes sense.

For simpler needs (you're getting online for the first time or need basic setup), we move straight to implementation.

For complex situations (existing systems that aren't working together, inconsistent information across platforms, or operational gaps), we do a deeper diagnostic first. This includes:

  • Auditing your website, Google presence, and social profiles for consistency

  • Mapping how customer information flows through your systems

  • Identifying where time is being wasted on manual workarounds

Outcome: A clear plan of what needs attention and in what order.

Step 3: Implementation

Once we know what needs attention, we build or fix it.

For Craft Business Essentials clients:

  • Set up your website, Google Business Profile, and social media profiles

  • Connect everything so customers have a clear path from discovery to purchase

  • Provide you with documentation on how to maintain it

For Strategic Implementation & Partnership clients:

  • Build or restructure systems based on the diagnosis

  • Implement changes in phases so your business stays operational

  • Test to make sure everything works together before handing it off

Timeline: Craft Business Essentials projects take 1-6 weeks. Strategic Implementation & Partnership projects take 4-12 weeks depending on scope.

Step 4: Handoff & Support

When the work is complete, you get documentation, access credentials, and a walkthrough of how everything works.

Included support:

  • 30 days of minor updates and adjustments after delivery

  • Access to all files, accounts, and systems we set up

  • Clear instructions for maintaining what we built

Optional ongoing support ($600/mo, 3-month minimum):

  • Monthly check-ins to ensure systems stay aligned

  • Updates and adjustments as your business evolves

  • Priority response for questions or issues
