For 20 years, I worked in operations at Best Buy and Walmart building systems that connected data across platforms so decisions could be made faster and more accurately.

I built company-wide dashboards that made information from multiple sources usable in real time. That experience showed me how powerful it is when systems work together.

The same principles apply to small businesses. When your online presence, tools, and processes align, you spend less time managing them and more time running your business.
